How do I place a custom design order?
To place a custom design order, fill out our design request quote form. A graphic artist will get in touch with you to go over your design.
What is the turnaround time for custom design orders?
For custom design orders the turnaround to create and present you with the design is 7 days. After you have verified and accepted the design we can proceed to print. Depending on the quantity the order can take up to 2 weeks.
What is the setup fee for custom design orders?
There is a one-time $35.00 set up fee for the initial design and sample product with design printed.
How do you ship?
We ship orders anywhere in the United States vis USPS. Shipping tracking notifications will be sent to you via email after your order has been sent.
